Catalogs & price lists

Soryk shows every company exactly the B2B prices it should see, computed on the server against that company's catalog. It uses a blended model: your native Shopify catalogs first, with Soryk-managed catalogs for anything beyond Shopify's limits.

The blended model

Two kinds of catalog work together to price every variant a company sees.

i

Native catalogs keep Shopify's tax and shipping logic intact because the prices live in Shopify. Managed catalogs let you go past Shopify's cap without giving that up, since the two are blended at pricing time.

Managing catalogs

The Catalogs page lists everything in one table with a badge showing whether a catalog is native (Shopify) or Soryk-managed, plus its name, the locations it is assigned to, its active status and its price count. Create, edit, delete or sync from here.

ColumnWhat it shows
TypeA badge marking the catalog as native (Shopify) or Soryk-managed.
NameThe catalog name.
LocationsThe company locations the catalog is assigned to.
StatusActive or paused. Paused catalogs do not count toward your plan cap.
PricesHow many variant prices the catalog defines.

Creating a catalog uses a free native slot if one is available, otherwise it creates a managed catalog. To set prices, pick a variant, enter the price and currency, and optionally add quantity breaks.

Sync & import

Contextual pricing

Because prices are resolved on the server against the signed-in company and location, the agent and customer apps always show the correct B2B price, including any automatic B2B discounts. The catalog route also checks that a requested location belongs to the session's company, so buyers can never see another company's prices.

Limits by plan

Direct allows 3 catalogs, Starter 5, and Growth and higher are unlimited. The cap counts active catalogs, so pausing one frees a slot.

Filters & stock display

The up-to-three catalog filters agents and buyers use (vendor, product type, tag, metafield) and the inventory display mode (off, quantity, or traffic light with per-location thresholds) are configured in Settings. See Installation & settings.
